Prosper Workforce Services (PWS) addresses the community need for connecting job seekers (with autism) to employment opportunities. PWS is direct service programming offered to businesses and potential employees to match needs and talents to permanent job positions. Research shows that 700,000 teens with autism will be transitioning the adulthood in the next decade and unemployment for autistic adults remains disproportionately high, with nearly half of 25-year-olds with autism never having held a job.
