Get Moving!

This inclusive fitness event is designed for teens and adults on the autism spectrum and is led by Brandon Herring from Adaptive Physical Fitness. The session focuses on building confidence, comfort, and practical movement skills.

Participants will begin with a short, accessible discussion about health and fitness, including what they are, why it matters, and how movement can be adapted to fit different bodies, energy levels, and sensory needs. All exercises include options and modifications so participants can move at their own pace and comfort level.
