Prosper Advantage: Workplace Success is designed to help neurodivergent adults build the professional skills, confidence, and communication strategies needed to succeed in the workplace. By focusing on topics like first impressions, effective communication, appropriate work place conversations, and managing stress, this course helps participants develop real-world skills that promote independence and success in a variety of job settings.
Participants will:
• Learn how to demonstrate professionalism and workplace readiness
• Develop clear and effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Understand work ethic, integrity, and how to meet or exceed expectations
• Practice strategies for managing stress and responding to feedback appropriately
• Gain insight into workplace culture and teamwork dynamics
By the end of the course, participants will feel more prepared to navigate workplace expectations, communicate confidently with coworkers and supervisors, and build the foundation for long-term career growth and success. They will leave with greater awareness of what employers value, practical strategies for handling real-world challenges, and a renewed sense of confidence in their ability to contribute meaningfully at work. This course empowers participants to approach employment with professionalism, resilience, and the skills to thrive in any work environment.
