When you support AAP as a Guild member, you make a positive impact on Nebraska’s autism community.
How Does the Guild Support AAP?
-
Serving as champions in the Autism Community
Our volunteer guild supports AAP and the autism community by raising acceptance and sharing opportunities with those who could most benefit.
-
Building a Network of Supportive Individuals
From professionals to educators to family members, our guild is made up of a variety of individuals with various life experiences. One of the best parts of joining the AAP guild is being able to lean on others in the guild for support - or providing your experience to help someone seeking support for their family or loved one.
-
Volunteering at Events
The guild supports AAP through volunteering at Making Memories events and World Autism Day, as well as other opportunities throughout the year.
-
Fundraising Support
The Guild works closely with AAP staff to support annual fundraisers like Swing for the Spectrum Golf Fundraiser and annual gala, A Vintage Affaire. From soliciting silent auction items to securing sponsorships, we value the commitment to AAP’s success.
