Morning Connections: Supporting Neurodivergent Employees

  • Security National Bank 1120 S. 101 Street Omaha, Nebraska 68124 United States (map)

Join Prosper Workforce Services for Morning Connections, a networking and learning event where employers connect, exchange ideas, and gain practical strategies for harnessing the power of autism for business success.

This session will focus on workplace best practices that support neurodivergent employees, with an emphasis on communication. We’ll explore practical approaches to setting clear expectations, providing feedback, navigating communication differences, and making small adjustments that can strengthen workplace relationships, engagement, and long-term success.

Employers and autistic adults will share their experiences and perspectives, creating opportunities to learn from both sides of workplace communication. As always, Morning Connections provides space for meaningful conversation, shared learning, and connection with other employers committed to creating workplaces where employees and businesses can thrive.

Morning Connections will be held at Security National Bank, 3 Pacific Place, 9:30-11:30 am and a light breakfast will be provided.
