This 4-session course is designed to help learners strengthen interpersonal connections through lessons on etiquette, dating readiness, and early conflict resolution. Through structured discussions, scenario-based learning, and self-assessments, learners will explore how to maintain relationships, resolve minor conflicts, and engage in early stages of romantic and community-based social engagement.

Session 1: Understanding Yourself & Building Self-Esteem

Session 2: Making and Keeping Friends
Discuss the process of making and keeping friends
Learn where and how to meet new people with shared interests
Identify qualities of a good friend
Explore the importance of shared experiences and interests
Session 3: Conversation Skills and Body Language
Learn the basics of small talk and how to start a conversation
Practice active listening strategies
Understand how to read and use body language
Participate in role-play and peer conversations
Session 4: Social Goals and Confidence Building
Explore social opportunities in the community
Set personal social goals and track progress
Identify support systems (friends, family, mentors)
